Welcome to Sub Zero Repair Harrison. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any repair services.
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Sub Zero Repair Harrison, you agree to the following terms:
- You are the owner of the appliance or have authorization from the owner to request repairs
- You will provide accurate information about the appliance issue and location
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service appointment
- You agree to pay for services rendered according to the quoted price
2. Service Call Fee
A service call fee is charged for each visit and covers:
- Travel to your location
- Diagnostic assessment of your appliance
- A detailed estimate for necessary repairs
The service call fee is due regardless of whether you proceed with the repair. In many cases, the service call fee may be applied toward the total repair cost if you choose to proceed with our recommended repairs.
3. Estimates and Pricing
After diagnosing your appliance, our technician will provide a written estimate that includes:
- Description of the problem
- Recommended repairs
- Cost of parts and labor
- Estimated completion time
You have the right to accept or decline the estimate. If you decline, only the service call fee will be charged. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.
4. Warranty
All repairs performed by Sub Zero Repair Harrison are covered by our 90-day labor warranty, which includes:
- Parts: Replacement parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship
- Labor: Our workmanship is guaranteed for the warranty period
- Coverage begins from the date of completed repair
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues
- Repairs performed by others after our service
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Personal checks
- Cash
For repairs requiring ordered parts, a deposit may be required. The balance is due upon completion of the repair.
6. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: A cancellation fee may apply
- No-shows without notice: The full service call fee may be charged

7. Access to Appliances
To perform our services efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide clear access to the appliance requiring service
- Clear the area around the appliance of personal items
- Secure pets during the service visit
- Provide parking access if required
8. Parts
We use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever available. In some cases, we may use high-quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. All parts used will be disclosed in your estimate.
9. Liability Limitations
Sub Zero Repair Harrison's liability is limited to the cost of the repair services provided. We are not liable for:
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Loss of food or other items due to appliance malfunction
- Pre-existing conditions not related to our repair
- Damage to property beyond the appliance being serviced
10. Independent Contractor
Sub Zero Repair Harrison is an independent appliance repair service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized as an official service provider for any appliance manufacturer unless specifically stated. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
11. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to the laws of the State of New York.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
